Well, that was a Memorial Day weekend for the books.
The weather did its best to put a damper on things — cold, rainy, kind of miserable if we're being honest. But you all? You showed up anyway. Families, regulars, people passing through on their way to Harpers Ferry — you packed in, you ordered big, and you made this place feel like the sun was out the whole time. Seriously, thank you. It means everything.
And our crew — let's talk about them for a second. These folks were cranking out sub after sub, pizza after pizza, sandwich after sandwich all weekend long and never missed a beat. Every order came out right, every customer got taken care of, and they did it with a smile the whole time. That's Bakerton. That's them. We couldn't be prouder.
Then John Randolph Newcomer rolled up with his BBQ and just... gave this community a gift. Smoked, slow, and absolutely worth every bite. John, you had people walking out of here shaking their heads in the best way possible. For those looking make your Summer tasty, you need to make Bakerton Market a frequent stop. John will have the BBQ going every weekend with menu specials and surprises.
