🚨MISSING MALE 🚨

Our department is requesting assistance locating a missing male.

Samuel, a 38 year old male, left his residence on Manchester on foot at some point today. He is described as being 6' tall and around 180 lbs with dark blonde hair. He is believed to be wearing a blue t-shirt, gray shorts, red and blue shoes and a black puffy coat. It appears his cell phone has been turned off. Officers have checked the immediate areas the male is known to frequent.
