Barolo is coming to Greenville. We’re welcoming Laura Broccardo of 𝐵𝑅𝑂𝐶𝐶𝐴𝑅𝐷𝑂, straight from Monforte d’Alba in Piemonte, for one night only.

Broccardo is a family-run estate making w**e from some of Barolo’s best-known crus: Paiagallo, Ravera, Bricco San Pietro and San Giovanni. Come taste through a big lineup of their w**es and hear the story behind each bottle from the family who grew it.

🍷 W**E OF THE DAY 🍷

Clos Cibonne “Tibouren” Côtes de Provence Cru Classé

First off, forget everything you think you know about rosé.

Clos Cibonne has spent generations making amazing rose from Tibouren, an ancient, nearly forgotten grape that almost nobody else bottles on its own.

Then they do something even rarer: the w**e ages for about a year in 100 year old oak casks under a thin veil of yeast called “fleurette,” which is similar to how sherry is made. The result is a totally unique rosé with wild herbs, dried citrus peel, a savory, salty sea-breeze edge, and a texture that keeps unfolding in the glass.

This is a rose for food: grilled fish, roast chicken, bouillabaisse, anything with olive oil and garlic. And it’s the bottle to bring when you want everyone asking “what IS this?” 🌊🌿Limited bottles, come grab one before they’re gone!

🍷 W**E OF THE WEEK 🍷
Huia “Tangle” White Blend 2025 from Marlborough, New Zealand
Marlborough is famous for Sauvignon Blanc, but Huia likes to color outside the lines. Tangle is their playful, everything-in-the-pot white blend, and the mix shifts each vintage depending on what the year gives them. The result is bright, aromatic and a little textural, with stone fruit, citrus and a refreshing, mouthwatering finish.

Huia is family-run, with certified organic estate fruit. They’re named after the huia, a sacred bird in Māori culture symbolizing honor and partnership.
 Pair this w**e with shrimp, Thai takeout, fish tacos, or just a bag of good chips.
