Our Story

Martha’s Vineyard is a corner wine shop with a big city appeal. Established in 1981, Kameel Chamelly took a small stop and go shop in the heart of Heritage Hill and worked it to become a thriving neighborhood wine shop and deli. Today, Martha’s Vineyard is more than just fine wine… it is a hub for all things delicious!

Ask any one of our staff members, and we’ll be able to point you in the direction of cool and new liquors, some of the best micro-brews and local ciders. How about cheese? We’ve got it! With our new deli, we can now cut and wrap cheese to order! Shopping local groceries can be difficult, but at Martha’s, we make it easy! Check out our “Made in Michigan” section or try some of the goodies we make in house! Our growing selection of fresh produce is exquisite. We source locally when in season and offer the most vibrant and naturally produced fruits and vegetables around.

Stop on in and check out how we’ve grown! The Martha’s family of businesses has expanded quite a bit in the last 10 years with the addition of Martha’s Catering, Martha’s Pizza, Nantucket Baking Co. and Lyon Street Café.
