We’re pouring the fresh, aromatic wines of Cantina Tramin — a celebrated cooperative in northern Italy’s Alto Adige region — with special guest Dominic DeCastro of Winebow.

Ever wonder who’s behind the bottles you get each month? Say hi to Dustin!!! Our social media manager had a few questions for him to share with y’all.

“2023 Intellego Sybille pét-nat Pinotage. I love when wines make me grin uncontrollably. This bottle was surprising, delightful, buoyant, and — best of all — affordable.”

☀️ 2) Go-To Pairing:
“In the heat of the summer, I’m rocking either Tinto de Verano (light red wine + sparkling lemonade) or Manzanilla sherry with mild cheese, almonds, olives, and tinned seafood.”
