Learn how to source, find, and select local seafood to enjoy out in restaurants, and to cook at home. You’ll see what bounty the waters of North Carolina have to offer and taste the difference fresh and local makes.
Each ticket includes:
• 4 food stations featuring our Chefs and sponsors preparing inspiring recipes, utilizing different types of fresh NC seafood
• 2 Drink tickets for beer, wine or NA beverage of your choice (additional drinks available for purchase)
• Educational demonstrations to learn about quality NC seafood, seasonal availability, selection of species, and what it means for our health and local economies
• A donation to NC catch

While enjoys some much deserved time off with his family, we will be running a condensed menu this week! It’s the perfect excuse for “summer snacking” with these 3 small plate specials!:
