Mash Bill Breakdown
Rather than using a brand-new recipe, this whiskey blends two of Heaven Hill’s existing mash bills together:
Two-Thirds Traditional Bourbon:
Uses a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley for classic spice and strong structure.
One-Third Wheated Bourbon:
Uses a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley for a softer, sweeter flavor.
Flavor Profile
Nose:
Toasted oak, honey, and light white pepper.
Palate:
Bright and rich with honey, citrus oil, and red fruit notes like strawberry.
Finish:
Warm and balanced with lingering caramel and baking spices.
