Ever wonder what goes on in PopWat's garage studio? 🪵⚾

Here's a peek behind the curtain. It starts as a plain board, the PopWats original design is programmed and carved out (the card slots, lettering) and then PopWats sits down with a delicate brush and paints every letter by hand. Red, white, blue, you name it… it's a whole lot of sanding, painting, sealing and finish work after the initial cut.

This batch had a little bit of everything: a Houston championship board, a Phillies "Cardiac Kids" display, an All-Stars piece, a fantasy football trophy for The A-Team, and yes, the 1992 Springfield Power Plant City Champs. 😄

Several frozen stares and “can we start over?” requests later… we had our footage. 😂

We told him we’d cut those parts. Never said we wouldn’t give them their own reel.

He makes the woodwork. We keep him humble. 🪵
