🚨Claremore — it’s our turn to show up‼️
If you’ve ever asked, “Who’s always there for the schools, the fundraisers, the community events, or that family in need?” — the answer has so often been J Farley’s.
Now, it’s them who need us.
Not for applause. Not for sympathy. But for support — real, tangible support.
For 7 years, J Farley’s has been more than just a pub. It’s been a place where stories were shared, memories made, and lives honored. They’ve poured their heart into this town. They’ve jumped in without hesitation to lift others up — and now, they’re at a crossroads.
Let’s not let this be the end of their story.
Let’s eat there. Let’s gather there. Let’s bring our people and fill those tables.
Every burger ordered, every pint poured, every kind word spoken — it all matters.
Claremore thrives when we rally behind each other. And right now, J Farley’s needs that community spirit they’ve always been a part of.
Let’s fight for the places that have fought for us.
We’ve got you, Farley’s. 💚
With heavy feelings, we share this deeply personal message with you.
Farley’s is at a crossroads — no other way to spin it. One that’s forcing us to face the possibility of closing our doors. This isn’t a sudden decision. It’s the result of many hard days, quiet struggles, and the changing tides of what it takes to keep a small, community-rooted business alive right now.
We built Farley’s with love, pride, and purpose — to honor our dear friend Jason, whose spirit still lives in every inch of this place. From the very beginning, we dreamed of creating more than just a pub. We wanted to build a space for people to gather, to laugh, to heal, and to connect. For 7 incredible years, that’s exactly what we’ve done. With your support, J Farley’s became a place where strangers became friends, and friends became family.
But times are harder than ever. The challenges we face aren’t unique — many small businesses like ours are struggling or shutting down altogether. We know the economy is tough on everyone. We’re not giving up without a fight. We’re just being honest — we can’t do it alone.
Claremore is blessed with many small businesses. Remember them too, not just us. We aren't asking for a full restaurant 24/7. But just simply sharing the real life with you. Bring your friends. Tell your neighbors. Every plate, every pint, every kind word matters. They always have. Come eat, come drink, come support us however you are able. We know finances are tight for many. We understand that. But if dining out is in your plans in the next few weeks or month we hope you’ll choose to do it here sometimes.
Our team is family to us. They show up every day with heart, and we are so proud of them. What hurts the most is the thought of letting them down — and letting you down.
We’re not looking for sympathy. We’re looking for hope — and action. This isn’t about rumors or drama. This is real. And as hard as it is to say: we need you now more than ever.
Thank you for being good to us, Claremore. For 7 years, you’ve helped us build something beautiful. You make us what it is.
We’re praying we get to keep going — for Jason, for our team, and for all of you.
With all our love and gratitude,
Chris, Sarah and James
