Lioco Indica (Carignan + Valdiguié) is more enjoyable imo. Nice and easy. Soft tannins. Won’t make you paranoid….

Is Indica the one that makes you relax or gives you energy? I never remember 🤷

Possibly the only winemaker exclusively making wines in Galicia 🇪🇸 under flor like in Jerez 🇪🇸 or Jura 🇫🇷 , Iago Garrido’s wines are meticulously made with his fruit he farms under biodynamic principles.

Fazenda Augalevada Parcela Eiravedra is 💯 Albariño and it’s 🔥🔥🔥 fermented in old oak and aged partially under flor in ancient French and American oak.

Albariño might be the theme this summer 😮‍💨

Also this 🪶 has been stuck to the door for a week… I can only think that’s a good thing 🙏
