If Janice looks familiar, you’ve likely been hanging out at Lazy Betty and/or Hop City. While studying for her WSET II certification, she came to realize cold-climate w**es are her favorite. If she had to drink w**es from only one country, she’d patriotically pick the USA because of the wondrous variety. She’s also a huge vermouth enthusiast and is on a mission to make you one, too!

First Class Flights is back once again! Tomorrow we’ll be sipping on w**es from Donnachadh Vineyard and W**es all day long. Donnachadh (it’s pronounced DON-nuh-kuh, and it rhymes with Hanukkah) is located just 9 miles from the Pacific Ocean in Santa Rita Hills, California, and these are coastal w**es at their finest. Rich and complex and yet stunningly bright thanks to a cool climate and the ocean breezes in the area. This is California dreaming in a bottle, folks, and we hope you’ll join us for a sip or two!

Lauren has been absolutely loving Dominio De Las Abejas ® Nectar de Campo, a Grenache and Nero d’Alvola. It’s crushed strawberry, soft herbs and cool minerality is perfection. So yum 🐝
Olivia is sipping on Vignobledureveur Rien Ne Bouge Rouge, a snappy and energetic Pino Noir macerated in fermented Gewurztraminer juice. Notes of cherry, white pepper, yellow peach and orange spice.
