It’s the beginning of a new month and that can only mean one thing at Sidetracked ~ we’re drinking first class this Tuesday! If you’re not familiar with First Class Flights, the idea is pretty simple: we curate a unique menu with some ultra special, staff-favorite bottles to enjoy on the first Tuesday of the month.
This month, we’ll be pouring a few warm weather favorites: Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand’s Cremant du Jura, a sparkling rosé with the perfect balance of fruit, salt, and savoriness; De Fermo’s ‘Le Cince’ Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo, an energetic and complex Italian rosato; and Domaine Alexandre Hote’s ‘Printemps’ Lirac Rouge, a Rhône blend that’s delightfully light on it’s feet.
