MIX IT UP MONDAY 🍸 This week’s cocktail is a classic Gin Gimlet featuring Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur!

Rockey’s adds bright notes of apple, pineapple, citrus, and tea, giving this refreshing cocktail a unique twist while letting the gin shine.

Gin Gimlet Recipe:
• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur
• ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
• Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
