Imagine my surprise while looking through the Thousand Islands Sun and discovering that Dorothy is the "River Pet of the Week."
No credit was listed to who submitted it, but it certainly made my day, and that they used her full government name!!

We had another unexpected visitor at Belle Epoque today. This adorable, wee possum was in the shop dressing room and is now at Vca North Country Animal Hospital being checked over (thank you VCA,) as we believe he might have been trapped in our house for a time. And, if you heard a loud, startled scream this morning on Broadway, that would have been me.
