A blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir! Bright and expressive yet well balanced, it bursts with ripe raspberry, violet, and hints of watermelon—an easygoing wine perfect for backyard BBQs or sunny afternoons.

✨2025 Pierre-Marie Chermette Domaine du Vissoux Les Griottes Rose ✨
This Gamay offers notes of wild strawberry, blackberry, tart cherry, and a subtle finish of star anise and pomegranate!

✨2025 Chateau de Manissy Tavel Cuvee des Lys Rose✨
This Rhône blend is dark-fruited with ripe raspberry, cherry and dried herbs on the nose, with the spicy warmth of sun-kissed Grenache on the lush, medium-bodied palate followed by a hint of pleasing tannic bitterness on the finish. This rosé is suited for grilled meats, big flavors like tapenade, and sheep’s milk cheeses on a late summer night.

A truly distinctive expression of Negra Mole—a cross between Pais and Moscatel, known as San Francisco in Chile! This wine from Garage Wine Co. is unexpected, captivating, and unique!

The 2023 Passageiro Escondido opens with vibrant layers of red fruit jam, stone fruit preserves, and delicate floral aromatics. Silky, bright, and effortlessly energetic on the palate, it balances succulent fruit with notes of sour cherry, damp earth, and a subtle volcanic edge. The finish lingers beautifully, revealing complexity, texture, and character with every sip.

Okay Buffalo, we are calling it. This is the summer of Vermouth and Soda! We love a low ABV cocktail that’s refreshing, and makes you feel like you’re sitting in a piazza in Europe.

We poured this stunner during our Vermouth class last week, and it’s so delicious. Introducing, Vergano ‘BVB’ Vermouth Bianco!

A balanced, Mediterranean-inspired vermouth with ripe sweetness, savory botanicals, and a pleasantly brisk bitterness. Crafted in small batches in Piemonte by second-generation makers Tomasso and Pietro Vergano, it blends local cortese and aromatic moscato wines infused with wormwood, citrus peel, thyme, marjoram, basil, and oregano. Mauro Vergano’s Bianco is sweet yet strikingly herbal, with refreshing, lingering flavors that evoke citrus, wild herbs, and the promise of a meal to come.

Add soda, or make a spritz with Prosecco! We also recommend using this vermouth in a white Negroni!

From Matchbook Distilling Company, Daytrip Strawberry Amaro began after the Mattituck Lions Strawberry Festival ended with nearly two tons of unused strawberries. The fruit was rescued and turned into strawberry wine, which was then distilled and blended back with botanicals like nettle, quassia, jasmine, rose, and nutmeg fruit. Originally intended to be a strawberry vermouth, the recipe had to change when regulations required vermouth to be made from wine grapes, leading instead to the creation of Daytrip Strawberry Amaro. The result is a bright, layered aperitif where ripe strawberry leads, followed by bitter woody notes, fresh herbal tones, and soft floral aromas—capturing the feeling of a summer drive through the North Fork’s vineyards, flower fields, and coastline.

✨2024 Domaine des Ardoisieres Vin des Allobroges Blanc Cuvee Silice✨

Domaine des Ardoisières’ Vin des Allobroges Blanc “Cuvée Silice,” crafted by Brice Omont—widely regarded as one of Savoie’s most talented producers—beautifully expresses the potential of this 100% Jacquère wine. Farmed biodynamically and organically on revitalized terraces above the village of Ceins, the old vines in Apremont benefit from schist- and clay-rich soils that lend the wine a striking minerality, reminiscent of fresh clay and chalk. Fermented with whole clusters and indigenous yeasts, then aged in tank, the wine reveals layered aromatics of ginger, lemongrass, and yellow apple. On the palate, it is vibrant and sappy, with fresh fruit and delicate chamomile notes, offering immediate drinkability while gaining complexity with a bit of air.
