Since 1741, the Baur family has been crafting exceptional Alsace w**es in Turckheim, with Thomas Baur now representing the ninth generation at the helm of the estate.
At the heart of the Domaine are 12.5 hectares of vineyards, half of which lie within Grand Cru Brand, one of Alsace’s most renowned terroirs.
Since 2001, the family has farmed entirely biodynamically, philosophy deeply rooted in their values and commitment to the land!

We’re obsessed with this Riesling! Light to medium-bodied, it strikes a beautiful balance between richness and freshness, with vibrant acidity. Juicy stone fruit and citrus shine on the palate, while hints of melon and delicate white flowers linger on the finish. A perfect Thanksgiving pairing, this w**e will be lovely alongside roast turkey and creamy sides!

Rich yet vibrant, this Grand Cru Riesling is a true treat. Aromas of white flowers and classic petrol notes leap from the glass, leading into layers of ripe pear, nectarine, and luscious custard. Bright acidity brings everything into balance, making for a beautifully expressive and refreshing w**e.
