Indigenous red varieties from the region of Vinho Verde with a tongue-tingling effervescence that gives slight Lambrusco vibes. Dark in color, but bright in profile with soaring fruit, blackberries, black plum, strawberries, and leafy herbs that provide depth on finish. Dry, spritzy and delicious, pair this with grilled pork, pizza or cured meats.
