Bodega Colomé Estate Torrontés grown where the air is thin and the flavors are anything but. F’ounded in 1831, Bodega Colomé is one of Argentina’s oldest wineries, nestled deep in the Calchaquí Valley of Salta, northwest Argentina.
Vineyards are planted at altitudes between 5,741 and 10,206 feet above sea level, among the highest in the world that are farmed according to biodynamic principles; this is certainly a wine shaped by extremes. The dramatic diurnal range (temperature shift between day and night) of the valley preserves freshness and aromatic intensity in every single bottle. Rose petal, white peach, honeysuckle, and a long citrusy finish Argentina’s signature white wine.
