The new Barrell Bourbon 12 Year is finished in toasted American oak casks, bringing rich layers of caramel, baking spice, toasted vanilla, and deep oak character at 113.4 proof.

Alongside it is the Barrell Whiskey 18 Year, finished in Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauternes barrels at a bold 125.24 proof. The Cabernet adds dark fruit richness, while Sauternes, the famous sweet white wine from France, layers in notes of honey, stone fruit, and dessert-like complexity.
