Nose : High-Rye spice with hints of brown sugar mint and a citrus (🍊 zest). Plenty sweet and fruit forward.

Palate: first up Fruity notes (Cherries & citrus fruit flesh) then spice notes of Cinnamon,anise& fennel. Great seasoned oak and leathery taste from the High age statement. Good barrel char comes out.

Finish: Fruity finish (🍒,🍊& raspberries) like a fruity apple pie, very viscous. Brown sugar and barrel give it an all round great finish.
