Thinking ahead for dinner on a busy sport practice today- we decided on Cocktail de Cameron- shrimp cocktail and why not make a double batch while we are at it so we can offer to you all ❤️

SHRIMP COCKTAIL- boiled shrimp, avocados, onions, tomato, jalapeno and cilantro marinating In a tomato Clamato juice with fresh lime and hint or orange served with fresh fried tortilla chips 🙂 my all time favorite summer dish - cold, filling and refreshing!!

We have a delicious Mexican dish- something we would make at home while gathered around those we love- think Carne Asada with a little extra pizzazz

Platillo with thin sliced carne asada, chicken and our homemade chistora(beef chorizo ground and seasoned in house) served with slow cooked pinto beans, Mexican rice and homemade tortillas

TACO SALAD- hand fried flour tortilla bowl filled with rice, beans, cheese, meat of choice, lettuce, tomato, onion and sour cream $12.50
