ASADA CON NOPALES- steak, onions and cactus simmered in homemade salsa served with rice, beans and homemade tortillas $13.50

THE CARLOS BURGER- hand pattied burger topped with smoked steak, bacon, sauteed onion and mushroom and melted cheese served with handcut fries $14.50

CHILE RELLENOS- homemade stuffed poblano peppers with cheese- simmered in homemade red salsa and served with rice, beans and homemade tortilla $12.50
