Mijenta Maestra 3

Fully mature Blue Weber agaves de semilla grown in Jamay, Jalisco by the Lago de Chapala shoreline have been slowly cooked in an oven crafted using volcanic stone from Popocatepetl. Crushed by a tahona from the same stone, it has been fermented in wooden tanks with fibers. Finally,
the spirit has been carefully distilled in copper pot stills before stabilizing in clay pots for 15 days.
Bottled at 50% ABV, Maestra Selection No. 3 showcases the complexity and richness of the agave interpreted through a vision that brings us back to tequila’s beginnings.
We recommend sipping this tequila neat.

On the nose: Cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, orange, raspberry, roasted pineapple, cinnamon, dark chocolate, violet, and earthy minerality
On the palate: Silky cooked agave, floral notes, fruit, damp earth, and a long, persistent.
