Herb’s Choice for Labor Day? Batched cocktails, of course! I have two options to boost your bartending status & be able to socialize with your guests. 🍹
Amaro Limonata - 2oz amaro, 4oz lemon soda & garnish with a lemon wheel & sage leaf. Scale up as necessary.
The second is a Sparkling Watermelon Rosé Punch (recipe below).
A tiny bit of prep & a lot of reward. Your crowd will love it. Make your long weekend easy peasy & stop by today for all your cocktail needs. 🍉
Sparkling Watermelon Rosé Punch
Yield: 1 large pitcher
Ingredients:
-2 cups cubed watermelon
-1 bottle still Dry Rosé
-0.5 cup St. Germain
-Zest of 2 limes
-1 bottle Sparkling Rosé, chilled
-Mint, lime wheels, & sliced watermelon for garnish
Instructions:
To make watermelon juice, blend two cups of cubed watermelon in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve. Gather the rest of your ingredients.
Mix punch:
Combine the bottle of still Rosé, St. Germain, watermelon juice, and zest into a large pitcher, chill until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, add bottle of Sparkling Rosé to the pitcher & stir gently.
Fill highball glasses with ice. Pour punch over the ice.
Garnish with mint, limes, and watermelon slices. 🍋🟩
