Founder Peter Loh has been in the wine industry for over two decades and is a well known amongst the negociants of France. Thus, his allocation of First Growth French wines are amongst the largest in Singapore. We want to bring to connoisseurs rare and fine wines directly from source. Our wines do not travel to different ports of call before coming to you. We source wines directly from various cou

ntries, mainly France, and bring them to your doorsteps with perfect provenance. Customers from China, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore enjoy our wines. In addition, we also provide an investment service with En Primeur. This is all about getting allocation of top wines during the campaign. Our network and relationships with Negociants (wine merchants) and Chateau owners stand us in good stead. We have enjoyed fantastic allocation of the top wines for every En Primeur campaign. This is proven by the fact that we are now number 2 in En Primeur investments in Singapore. It is no mean feat that we have achieved this status after only five short years as a company. This gives us the winning combination for our business. Operating on the pareto principle, 80% of our business comes from helping our customers optimise their enjoyment of rare and fine wines - 90% of this being Bordeaux wines. 20% of the remaining business volume is from En Primeur. Infinite Supply also organises numerous wine tastings and wine pairing dinners with Bordeaux wines, including some with wine makers and/or Chateau owners. These sessions have helped many into the understanding of Bordeaux wines as they learn to appreciate the character of these wines from the different appellations. Through Infinite Supply, customers enjoy access to top Classified wines and also many petit chateau wines. Infinite Supply also organises trips to Bordeaux, on request. This will induct you into the history of the various Chateaus and better understand the wine making techniques and how mother nature will affect the quality of the wines produced.

Under their stewardship, significant investments have been made into both the vineyards and winemaking facilities, enhancing the estate's reputation while maintaining fair pricing. This commitment to excellence has led Neal Martin to dub it the "dark horse of the appellation," a testament to its rising prominence.

92 Points, Monica Larner, Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate: "This wine sees its fruit sourced from multiple villages: San Casciano, Gaiole, Castellina and Greve. The 2021 Chianti Classico Riserva Villa Antinori is not married to a specific subzone of the appellation because it seeks to embrace a house style rather than a vineyard identity. Aged in tonneaux with some barrique, the wine is rich and lasting but not large. In fact, it remains elegant on the palate with fine tannins and good fruit tension with cherry and blue flowers. Marchesi Antinori General Manager Renzo Cotarella tells me that 2021 is the best vintage he has ever overseen. Ever. He prefers it to recent classics like 2016 and 2010. There was frost in the spring, and the growing cycle was very long. This is something that most grapes, and especially Sangiovese, need in order to exhibit aromatic depth and flavor complexity. "This is an exceptional year," he says, citing the inner energy certainly exhibited by the wines from 2021." 03/24

Juicy and fully flavoured, a plump mouthfeel with the spicy touches coming through straight away. The liquorice and sweet cedar giving hints of heat and toast on the edges surrounded by blackcurrant and black cherries. Characterful and such a bargain at this price. I love the juiciness with the abundance of fruit - it's so ripe and heady but still succulent and well defined. A fruit bomb with silky exterior. Such a long length too, feels powerful, strong, broad shouldered yet smooth and rippling underneath the muscles. Gorgeous.

The 2019 La Fleur-Pétrus is pure and total seduction. Trotanoy and perhaps also Hosanna have traditionally been viewed as more exclusive Pomerols in the Moueix portfolio. The more time passes, the less I share that view. Sure, La Fleur-Pétrus does not have the mystique associated from a small single vineyard - as many Pomerols do - and yet there is no denying the elegance and class here. Bright red fleshed fruit, blood orange and exotic spice race across the palate, framed by silky, plush tannins that wrap it all together. La Fleur-Pétrus is fabulous. That's all there is to it.

Steps everything up a level, this is a beautiful wine full of promise, nuance and pleasure. Layered with plum, cassis, black truffle, smoked tea, cocoa bean, slate, charcoal, espresso, pencil lead, fresh mint leaf, juicy and restrained. Harvest September 17 to October 3. An upscore from En Primeur, and the first time I have ever rated it higher than Trotanoy at this stage.

Gorgeous aromatics with some savoury elements; truffle, to***co, mocha and ripe black bramble fruits. Excellent precision and tension in the mouth, this is refined but layered with chocolate, coffee, liquorice, stone, some bitter orange notes alongside blackcurrant and black cherry. Incredible texture, mouth coating for sure but so sophisticated, it's layered yet so well defined, pulsing with energy on the palate in waves of fruit then cooling mint then spice then more fruit which lingers in the mouth. Elegant but also so complex, you can sit with this for a while savouring each element. Such a fantastic wine.

Deep and concentrated but at the same time refined, fresh and complex, this Ao Yun cabernet combines power and concentration from the vintage and place with polished, demure aromas of dark currants, black olives, dark to***co leaves, cigar box, paprika, dark spices, dark minerals and a touch of cocoa powder. Full-bodied and powerful, with masses of dusty tannins and a vertical yet ample finish. A warm, dry-vintage wine that’s powerful but beautifully balanced, polished and refined. 57% cabernet sauvignon, 19% cabernet franc, 12% merlot 6% syrah and 6% petit verdot. 14% alcohol. It is a selection of grapes from four villages, Drink from 2027.

Bitter orange peel, Chinese five spice, exotic spices, green bell pepper, capscicum, leather and fragrant dark fruit. Ripe and forward, fleshy and bright, this shines out of the glass. Glossy in terms of fragrance and heady scents, as well as ripe fruit, but there's no heaviness on the palate and the aromatic expression is so delightful. A touch of sweetness to the fruit also. Firm and structured, with a velvety texture. Juicy and well made, there's precision and a sleek overall frame. Very good indeed. A blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Cabernet Franc, 12% Merlot, 6% Syrah and 6% Petit Verdot. The estate experienced the longest period of drought ever in the first half of 2021 with warmer and dryer than usual conditions meaning that the plot situated at 2,600m in altitude were able to fully ripen and be included in the grand vin for the first time. The harvest was 56 days long stretching from 6th September to 2nd November. Yield 20hl/ha. 3.49pH. Ageing 60% in stoneware jars and glass vats, the rest in French oak barrels. Wow! Super-intense and very much defined by the parfumier’s essences of flowers. They’re too intense to be natural in a way. Incense. Juniper. Clove. Crushed and concentrated essences of violet and rose. Turkish delight. Cedar. Black cherry and fruits of the forest. Super fresh and with lots of tension, the tannins incredibly svelte.
