Our mission is to be the fine wine merchant of choice in Singapore & in the Asia with an extensive but exclusive portfolio of fine wine brands. Derek Lee, a pioneer in the wine industry in Singapore for more than 20 years. He left Seagram and started Grand Vin Pte Ltd in 1996. He launched his operation in Singapore after more than 20 years of service as a wine specialist with prestigious brands like Domaine de la Romanee Conti, Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), E.Guigal, Domaine Leflaive. As of 2011, Grand Vin holds multiple exclusive wine agencies and continue to grow its portfolio with prestigious fine wines. Grand Vin continued to grow over the years by successfully acquiring new fine wine brands such as Jean-Pierre Moueix, Champagne Louis Roederer, Domaine Ponsot, Domaine Faiveley, Pio Cesare, Domaines Schlumberger, Schlossgut Diel, Dominus Estate and many others. Grand Vin’s success can be credited to its dedicated and dynamic team. With a strong passion in wines, the team embarks on a journey to promote the wine culture and share the joy and friendship that wines brings along to the local fine dining scene. Nestled in the natural amphitheatre of Fuissé, within the Mâconnais in southern Burgundy, Domaine J.A. Ferret works amid dramatic slopes, fault lines and an extraordinary mosaic of soils. Farming 20 hectares organically, the domaine tends each vine according to its needs, often alongside cover crops, embracing the patience, precision and hard work required to preserve this living heritage. From this demanding yet generous terroir comes Chardonnay of purity and tension, layered with citrus, white flowers, fresh herbs and a saline, mineral finish.

The Art of Slow Ageing 🍷

Born in Burgundy in 1995, Clément is an agronomist and w**emaker with experience across vintages in France and abroad. After moving from the audiovisual field into viticulture, he trained in w**emaking and agricultural engineering in Beaune and Bordeaux, developing a particular focus on resistant grape varieties and sustainable farming.

That same passion continues in the cellar, where his w**es age for nearly a year in oak, followed by up to eight months on lees in tank,building depth, complexity and a true sense of place.

The Art of W**e Ageing 🍷

Founded in 1840, Domaine J.A. Ferret was shaped by generations of visionary women, notably Jeanne and Colette Ferret, who helped establish Pouilly-Fuissé as a benchmark for fine Chardonnay. In 2008, Maison Louis Jadot entrusted this legacy to Audrey Braccini, a talented oenologist who has continued the estate’s tradition of female w**emaking while bringing her own precise, terroir-driven approach.

Audrey’s philosophy is simple yet exacting: to preserve the purity of Chardonnay and the intensity of Fuissé’s finest terroirs. Through careful work with old vines, low yields and soil-focused viticulture, she allows each parcel to express its own identity. That same patience continues in the cellar, where the w**es age for nearly a year in oak before spending up to eight further months on lees in tank, developing depth, complexity and a true sense of place.

At Domaine Ferret, creation begins in stillness. In the quiet of the cellar, time moves gently, guided by the rhythm of bâtonnage—the careful stirring of fine lees that brings texture, depth and quiet complexity to the w**e. The w**es spend nearly a year ageing in barrel before being blended, lees and all, in tank, where they continue to mature for up to eight months.

With a well-anchored Mâconnaise footprint, and a dense material, the Ménétrières are a perfect Fuisséenne illustration as Jeanne Ferret understood it. After a light aeration, stand out flowers aromas but also lemon and lemon balm notes. We note a nice lengthening and a delicate and sappy finish.
