A mammoth few months with a very fluid design but we are proud to have completed this new showroom and workshop for Lexus of Wellington. 2 levels of showroom, more than a dozen workshop bays, a dedicated wash and grooming area and even a photo studio. How good is the 'AHIPARA' texture board to the upper showroom extension supplied by our friends at Fibre Cement Solutions NZ.

Big thanks to Powerex Ltd. Your Local Tradespeople and Aqua Property Services and NZ Building Wash for the massive hours and also Mike at MJK Floors for the grinding and polishing.

St Hildas Anglican Church Renovation, a journey that started 7 years ago, and we are thrilled to announce that as of last night, the recipient of a 2024 New Zealand National Architecture Award!

A lot of thanks to be given, but to name just a few, thanks to for the recognition, for the hard work building this, for the fantastic perforated screen, King and Dawson for working with us on an elegant structural solution that enhances the architecture, and most of all the Anglican community of Island bay, for taking a chance on us and being willing to break the norm to create this new landmark on the Parade. Certainly an exciting project to have been a part of, it's been wonderful seeing the community giving feedback on the space and seeing the church being used not only for church, but becoming a cultural and community space.

Amazing difference in only 2 weeks! The old subterranean garage was at risk of collapse so we installed block walls inside to prevent the neighboring property subsiding then deconstructed below ground and buried the remnants. Stage 2, entertainment pavilion to start next then a new entry foyer. New asphalt driveway on the way out.

Collaboration with our partners at Specialised Concrete Services. Pool amenities area with storage, pump room, laundry and ablutions. Frames made on site and roofed by BSC. The Gazebo to the opposite end will be spectacular

In the later part of last year the guys built a 2 story addition on the back of an ex state home in Strathmore. A new bedroom, ensuite, entry, stairwell and dining/family area along with overlay flooring and a new kitchen. CLT flooring system and abodo weatherboard feature here

Unusual request from a long standing client. Home appears to be an early prefab being a series of interlinked hexagons. He wanted to modernize with V grooved plywood ceilings. Tested the mind and the body with a VERY truncated timeline our team completed 23 days of work in just 6 days
