New Zealand Whisky Barrel-Aged decadence in a bottle. A number of years ago we secured the bulk of the freshly decanted casks from The NZ Whisky Collection which had previously held the original Wilson's Distillery stock. This unique collection of whisky casks has meant that we have a wee treasure trove of luxurious beers unlike anything many people have ever tasted.
I originally launched Night Spirit on my birthday back in 2017. All of our whisky barrel-aged beers are at their peak and are ready to be enjoyed. The bottles will continue to gracefully age for many years to come, but why not grab a few right now and see what all the fuss is about?

Coming soon! Single hopped with fresh Waimea hop cones, this Kuit (a Dutch beer style) is brewed with NZ grown oats and barley.
We are very excited about how this beer is copper in hue and redolent of tangelo, citrus, orange blossom, cedar and sandal wood. Available soon with our Hopstock partner Bebemos in Newtown, Wellington and from select bottle stores and also online or through our cellar door.
