The Lineup:
•Ruru Pinot Gris 2024.
Pear & ripe summer fruit, the acidity adds a crispness, leading to a lengthy finish.
•Ruru Chardonnay 2024.
Complex aromas of white peach, lemon and subtle vanilla
•Terrior & Tradition Corbieres D.O.P.
A red blend with notes of dark fruit, spices and leather Its deep, full body and smooth finish makes it a perfect companion for a variety of dishes.
• T-Bone Pinot Noir 2022.
Ripe. Raspberry and red currents, combined with a lip-smacking fruity acidity create a truly cracking Pinot noir that is medium-bodied, juicy and incredibly moreish.
•T-Bone Shiraz 2021.
A full-bodied and delectable Shiraz, packed with flavours of plum, cherry and dark forest berries. Finishes long and strong.
• Schild Estate Barossa Valley Shiraz 2022. Aromatic notes of black current and mulberry fruit follows through to the palate where they are joined by classic black pepper spice and dark chocolate.
