From the minds at Decadent Drinks Studios comes Sideburn: Givin’ It Both Barrels – the soulful sequel to last year’s smash hit Sideburn. A double-barrel drop blending a 1992 refill barrel with a 1993 first fill barrel, this 31-year-old blended malt is all about harmony, character, and cask-born charisma.

Uncut and unreduced, it’s bottled at full natural strength to let the funk flow freely. Expect a bold blend of tropical fruit, rich honey, and that signature waxy texture that grooves long into the night.

Nose: Sun-drenched pineapple, golden syrup, aged wax, and a whisper of toasted oak.

Palate: Funky and layered – ripe mango, vanilla bean, citrus oil, and malt biscuits in full jam session.

Finish: Lingering warmth with tropical echoes, gentle spice, and a honeyed hum.

No additives, no autotune – just 31 years of straight-up flavour. This is whisky for those who like their malts loud, proud, and givin’ it both barrels.

We’ve just landed two stellar single casks from Berry Bros. & Rudd, each bringing its own distinct take on coastal smoke and cask character.

🥃 Orkney 2006 / 2023 #5051 | 57.1%
From an unnamed distillery nestled in the windswept Orkney Islands, this Oloroso-matured dram is bold and brooding. There's a surprising surge of earthy peat smoke—much more than you'd expect—layered with notes of heather, old leather, and glowing embers. The sherry cask influence brings depth: rich dried fruits, soft spice, charred lime, and a flicker of honey. A long, sooty finish rounds things out, balancing sweetness with a rugged island edge.

🥃 Caol Ila 2010 / 2023 #218377 | 56.4%
A coastal classic with a twist. This Caol Ila was finished in a Vin Santo cask, lending a decadent touch to its maritime soul. On the nose, expect dried fruit, peat smoke, and citrus peel. The palate leans into fruitcake richness—think fig, mango, and sticky loaf—layered with a thread of heathery smoke and warming spice. A fusion of sweet and savoury that lingers beautifully.
