呢支酒嘅故事係1998年12月開始㗎,而家就等你開嚟飲!Ben Nevis蒸餾嘅單一麥芽先用refill hogshead桶,之後轉去rum桶收尾,擺足26年先至由Master of Malt裝瓶。飲落多汁又平衡,rum桶帶出熱帶生果甜香,同本身大麥味好夾。全球得301支,Master of Malt自己品牌出。

聞👃
好juicy!大麥水、熟透生果同發麵團味。蘋果同梨之中,有少少菠蘿酸香、檸檬醬同蛋糕甜味。
飲🧐
軟滑、有奶油感、甜得嚟舒服。開頭似砂糖汽水咁「嚓」一聲,之後有木瓜、蜜瓜同梨味走出嚟。
尾韻🥃
好爽!生果味好出,大麥味好鮮,加埋牛油木味、微微香料、少少甘草同紫羅蘭花香,最後拖住陣奶油味慢慢散。
From MoM: December 1998 is where this whisky's story begins, and in your glass is where it finishes! Distilled at Ben Nevis, this single malt spent an impressive 26 years maturing, beginning in a refill hogshead, and finishing off in a rum barrique before it was bottled by yours truly. Juicy, balanced, and complex, the rum cask has brought tropical notes of estery fruit alongside the vibrant barley at its core. A total of 301 bottles join the Master of Malt collection, as always, without added colour or chill filtration.

Nose👃
Juicy! Barley water, ripe fruit funk, and ye**ty bread dough. Apples and pears are joined by tropical notes of tangy pineapple, creamy lemon curd, and Madeira cake.
Palate🧐
Soft, creamy, sweet, and balanced. A fizz of sugary sherbet bursts through at the start, opening the way for bright notes of papaya, melon, and pear.
Finish🥃
Supremely moreish, fresh, fruity, juicy, with vibrant barley, buttery oak, gentle spice, a hint of liquorice, a floral touch of Parma Violets, and lingering creamy depth.
