Wanderlust is a word meaning ‘a strong desire to travel’ – we use this in the context of new wines, new regions and new styles to keep exploring new shores. We believe a lot of the wine in the market could be a lot better quality. A large percentage comes from very large vineyards, mass made which puts a strain on quality. We only buy what we believe to be better value that what is already readily available
We work on a smaller, flat rate margin to bring great wine to the people! We treat the vineyards fairly by agreeing a price and sticking to it. Supermarkets on the other hand have been accused of ruining producers financially by treating them badly (forcing prices down and down, imposing penalties and ‘deals’ into the shops) and not showing them the respect they deserve for great quality wine!
