We have a very special wine-tasting dinner at Môr in Mumbles this Thursday, and have a handful of spaces available due to a last-minute cancellation.

Justine from Lightfoot & Wolfville Winery in Nova Scotia will be hosting the evening, guiding guests through a selection of exceptional wines from one of Canada’s most exciting emerging wine regions.

Each wine has been carefully paired with a dish from the chefs at Môr, with a full tasting menu including canapés on arrival, scallops, wild mushroom and chorizo arancini, pan-fried duck breast and rhubarb and honey crumble.

Following on from Dafydd’s epic trip to Nova Scotia, Canada, we are delighted to welcome Steve Lee, the winemaker from Lightfoot & Wolfville (one of the pioneers of the region) to host a fabulous Wine Tasting Dinner.

We will taste five wines from the region from three wineries, each paired with a delicious course, prepared by the Chef’s at Môr.

Steve will talk us through each wine and explain the uniqueness of this up and coming wine region.
