Off-dry with a silky texture, balanced by fresh acidity. Tasting notes of lychee, rose petals, crystallized ginger, ripe pear, and a touch of spice. Pairs beautifully with spicy Asian cuisine & Thai curries.

This one went down a treat at last nights Frankie Dunn supper club, paired with squash gyozas and black vinegar & chilli crisp dip. 😋

Off-dry, balancing bright natural acidity with a subtle touch of sweetness. Lemon-lime citrus, white-fleshed peach, Granny Smith apple, orange blossom, herbal & mineral notes.
