• Jean Becker Skin contact Gewurtztraminer ~ A gorgeous Alsace, Hand harvested, fermented on the skin with indigenous yeasts. Aromatic with flowers, citrus, candied kumquat and a nice spicy finish with soft tannins.

• Casa Balaguer Salicornio Mostcatel ~ A naturally crafted wine from Alicante, Spain. Vines resting just 50 meter from the Mediterranean Sea. Salty, chalky, vibrant and expressive. Ripe peach, orange blossom, lychee and salty.

•Gino Pedrotti Schiava Nera ~ Nestled in the north lakes of Lake Garda with minimal intervention, biodynamic farming. A delicate profile of fresh cherries, wild berries, a subtle smoky-mineral undertones, vibrant and juicy.

•Syn Sparkling Shiraz ~ Bursting with lush and fragrant fruits from Coonawarra, Australia. 100% Shiraz, fine, elegant style and a little oak maturing. Lively raspberries and cherries and a soft cleansing acidity. Great served chilled!
