Johns is expanding! 🥳 Since being built decades ago, “The Cabin” on St Ives harbour front has been owned by The Johns Family. Firstly as a newsagent, then several years as a Cornish Produce Shop, and for the last couple of years it has been

But now we are moving forward and keeping in true Johns style, doing what we do best! 🙌🏼 We will be offering up amazing atmosphere, delicious cocktails, a fresh and inviting wine menu, and beautifully decorated interior!

The glassware, seating, glass washer and bar prep area has all been delivered and Sam is busy hard at work building a beautiful banquette seating area for you all to enjoy 🪑

We are hoping to be open & ready to welcome you for half term to come & enjoy this incredible new space! 🥂 in the meantime you can still enjoy all your favourites from the main Johns store! 🍻

A little Friday Feature for another fab Cornish Producer and stocked and available in our shop -

We’ve stocked Mounts Bay for many years - and always seem to get set up next to Ben & Lisa when we do any of the local Food and Drink Festivals - it’s great to be able to catch up!

Our best sellers are ‘Ebba Tidal’ - the Costal Gin packed full of Umami notes from the rich hand foraged Seaweed! These flavours work hand in hand with the classic juniper notes to create a crisp, fresh, moorish Gin that makes the perfect G&T!

‘Keynvor’ - the spiced honey rum which balances sweet and spicy in perfect harmony! Gorgeous on its own but likewise mixes perfectly! 🥃

A wonderful small independent business which is woman owned and woman managed - absolute Girl Boss power 👊🏼💪🏼

Using fresh, foraged and often totally seasonal & organic ingredients - this small batched, hand finished and all natural Gin is a firm favourite in our shop!

Golden Hour and Falmouth Dry are available from our store in 70cl & 20cl bottles. These gins make exceptional Martinis & Negronis! Of course for those of you who like to keep it classically simple, a crisp, vibrant and refreshing G&T is easily made and enjoyed 👏🏼

A thoroughly enjoyable and informative evening with - everyone had a great time and loved the variety of spirits to taste through! 🥃 The senses bottles of botanicals were a great visual, and really got everyone’s noses working 👃 then the spirits themselves tickled the tastebuds! 😛
