Summer cotton kelim rug ... large with tasseled ends .. contemporary although it's actually vintage . Handmade circa 1980 ....Punjab northern India . Vintage textile cushions from Turkey , Morocco and India !

Summer florals ... I bought these from an artist exhibiting at the crafts museum in Delhi late one evening just before they closed . Such a sweet gentleman and a fine miniature artist . I sold one today and have these two left . Gouache on brown handmade paper . 24x32cm.

Apparently it is advertising bubble bath ... Vintage Japanese Noren ( curtain ) I bought in a flea market in Kyoto because it was so cheerful ... the table needs a tidy up ..
block printed tablecloths,napkins,shorts, ..cushions , paintings , mirror , bowls , baskets ... oh dear too many pretty things all hand made by patient talented artisans mainly from India.. but also Japan , Egypt and Senegal !
