Who’s tried grappa? 🇮🇹🥃

A traditional Italian spirit made from pomace (the skins, seeds and stems left over after winemaking) grappa is often enjoyed as a digestif after a hearty meal or as a warming tipple on a cold winter’s evening.

It’s particularly popular over the festive period and is delicious sipped on its own. For something a little different, try adding a shot to a steaming espresso to make a caffè corretto, meaning “corrected coffee”. It also makes an interesting twist on an Espresso Martini as an alternative to vodka.
