Ethan has autism, and finding and maintaining employment has been a real struggle for him. Sadly, despite his best efforts, he has experienced the disappointment of several companies ending his employment after just one month. 💔

At The One Stop Shop, Hull Old Town, we believe that having autism or a hidden disability should never stop someone from being given a fair chance to work, grow, and show what they can do. ❤️

As a company, we are passionate about offering opportunities to people who deserve the chance to shine. Rob, in particular, believes in looking beyond a disability and seeing the person, their potential, and what they can bring to the team. 🙌
