Please could we ask that we avoid parking in the loading bay next to our store, we have had a couple of instances now where we have had our lorry drivers struggle to be able pull in and have to wait for the vehicles to be removed, including our staff having to try and find the owner to the vehicles which is then pulling them out of store. There is two car parks - one directly in front of the store which should be used for customers of our own or any of the retail shops, cafe Bar and salons and one to the left of our store which is the doctors surgeries strictly for all of their patients - Thank you 💙

Over the past couple of days we have had a lot of disturbances with a few youths in store antagonising and making threats to staff. Refusing to leave the store when asked in big groups. One of the incidents has been in front of small children who have become upset and a huge disruption to customers in store. The police whilst patrolling the area witnessed this and spoke to the youths to let them know that their behaviour was unacceptable and that they should stay away from our store. Unfortunately they haven’t and are continuing to stop us from doing a job we are paid to do. We have been advised to contact the police with relevant reference numbers and have been informed they will start going into schools to check who they are with the help from our cctv images of them. As part of a community we are hoping we can resolve this together rather than going down that route. Please if you know your child is apart of this group or your knowledgable about any of their parents, we kindly ask you to speak to them and discuss how this is unacceptable and disrespectful not only to us but to customers in store. Thank you for your continued support 💙

Welcoming to our store are our new flexi tills which are all self service - you can still pay by cash and we have everything available behind the gantry including lottery and scratch cards so if this is needed just ask a member of staff and they will be more than happy to help 💙

Over the past couple of days we have had a cute friendly visitor in store. Who is still currently with us now. Unfortunately as much as we would love to keep her we cannot 😞 we have attempted to take her back outside but she keeps on coming back in.
