Interesting article establishing the source of the Mango flavour - I recently experienced a pronounced Mango note in the 4 x times distilled Bruichladdich, X4 Bruichladdich, its well worth it if you haven't tried it.

Dr Holmes was my supervisor when I did my Masters Project so its great seeing the department get their recognition!

We like to reuse and recycle because its good for the environment and it extracts the most value from what are expensive assets. So once or twice a year we will rechar our casks ahead of a larger reracking programme
