This just might be our favourite cocktail at the moment. The Spiced Honey Mojito made using Eighty-Six Friends Spirits Honey Spiced Rum.

Easy to make, delicious and as fresh as it gets. Perfect in this heatwave too.

50ml Eighty-Six Friends Honey Spiced Rum
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
25ml simple syrup
3-4 mint leaves
Soda water

Add the mint, simple syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds.

Add the Honey Spiced Rum and lime juice and shake again for 20 seconds.

Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

Top up with soda water and garnish with a few mint sprigs.

It’s looking to be a gorgeous bank holiday weekend here in Bury. Good job we’ve got the perfect sunshine beer in stock and on taste.

Our ice-cream inspired Mango Gelato. Golden oats bring a dollop of creamy vanilla, while a drizzle of mango juice and Mosaic hops add sprinkles of bright, fruity flavour.

Here we have another simple cocktail that tastes delicious. A Cosmo with a London dry gin twist. Copper House gin is the perfect base.

The London Cosmopolitan

First of all, prepare your martini glass by popping it in the freezer.

37.5ml Adnams Copper House Gin
22.5ml Triple Sec
30ml cranberry juice drink
15ml lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.

Strain into your chilled glass and garnish with a twist of orange.

We love a good cocktail here. As the sunshine is preparing to return for the bank holiday we thought we’d share a few cocktail recipes that are fresh, easy to make and don’t need a lot of ingredients.

Today it’s the Nautilus. Credited to Victor Bergeron and first published in his classic book, Trader Vic’s Bartenders Guide.

Nautilus

60ml Mi Campo Reposado Tequila
60ml Cranberry juice drink
30ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
15ml Sugar syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds.

Strain into an ice filled Collins Glass. Garnish with mint sprigs, sliced lime or orange and add a straw for drinking.
