How about an Early Bird?

This dry, sparkling cider is made from two early ripening varieties, Morgan Sweet and Long Tom, with the addition of Dabinett juice added before bottling to finish fermentation in the bottle and provide natural fizz.

Clean tasting and citrusy, with hints of green apple.

Enjoy chilled in stemmed fluted glasses. No added sulphites.

Lightly sparkling cider made from a blend of Browns, Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey and Michelin apples. A zesty, spritzy cider, guaranteed to awaken tired taste buds! Think ginger ale, key lime pie, orange sherbet and you get the idea.
