Lovely to have so many join us for our first Fireside Tour and Tasting Experience last weekend!

We start the tour at our c***ry/w**ery with a mulled c***r in hand to see where the magic happens before heading to the Lodge to share more about the history of Wild West and sample our award winning c***rs and w**es paired with local cheeses, by the fire.

Friday Afternoons = Team Tasting sessions, especially on a day like today! This afternoon it was the turn of a new c***r, from last year's harvest...

It has notes of apricot and other stone fruits, a lovely golden colour, and now we just need your help to name it- leave your suggestions in the comments!

Made just 30 minutes away from Dyrham, our low intervention, sulphite free w**es and c***rs are crafted onsite, in harmony with nature.

We’ve officially been Commended at the Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Gloucestershire Tourism Awards for our Wild West Tours & Tastings! We only started running these a little over a year ago, so this recognition means the world to us.

Showing visitors around our vineyards and orchards—and sharing the story of how our ground-to-glass w**es and c***rs come to life whilst they sample our award winning results is one of our favorite parts of what we do.

From day one, our mission has been simple: stay true to nature. That means regenerative farming, wild fermentation and crafting natural, zero-sulphite w**es and c***rs right here on site.

Just a small snapshot of the Wild West Summer this year! It's been so great to have so many of you join us at the farm for our series of live gigs to see some fantastic bands like PM Legrand and Nothin’ But Dust and Senna Weeks and Mike Bess The Rodeokings and Steve Payne Trio, as well as enjoy fab food from ABABO'S CUISINE and Wren's Pizza

The Clevedon Live Music was another absolute highlight, as well as running our tours and tastings in some fantastic weather! Our new c***r The Picker seemed to go down really well as did the c***r slushies! Which was your favourite event or favourite c***r? 🍎

We have a few fireside tours & tastings left this year, available on our website, as well as a festive event at the farm coming up, more info on that to follow!

Joining The Entertainer and The Seeker, we are excited to finally introduce our third Wild West C***r can: The Picker!

As always we strive to make c***rs which stay as close to nature as possible. We use the very best c***r apples and allow fermentation to occur naturally, without adding yeast or sulphites.

The Picker is a blend of Stoke Red and Yarlington Mill, together with several classic bittersweet varieties. Available at our events and in our online shop (link in bio) now!

The autumn, and our harvest, is well underway and to celebrate we've just added our Fireside Tastings to our website, to replace our Tour and Tasting Experience as the weather becomes chillierl! 🍎

Similar to our tours, the Fireside Tastings will include meet the maker, stories from Wild West, sampling of our award winning c***r and w**e paired with local cheeses, and a visit to our w**ery/c***ry. 🍇

We will also be announcing a Wild West Christmas Event soon so stay tuned!
