*Domaine La Cave Apicole:

Desde el valle del Agly, en el Roussillon, La Cave Apicole une dos mundos: el vino y la apicultura.

Fundado por Sylvain Respaut, apicultor convertido en viticultor, el domaine trabaja con viñas viejas, suelos de esquisto y una gran apuesta por la biodiversidad, siguiendo una filosofía de mínima intervención en bodega.

El nombre lo dice todo: apiculteur + vigneron.

En Vino&Co tenemos, entre otros, tres de sus blancos:

Tangerine — cítrico, fresco y energético.
Java — aromático, herbal y vibrante.
Zumo — Garnacha Gris y Macabeo de viñas viejas, jugoso, fresco y con textura.

Tres vinos. Una filosofía: menos intervención, más expresión.

From the Agly Valley in Roussillon, La Cave Apicole brings together two worlds: wine and beekeeping.

Founded by beekeeper-turned-vigneron Sylvain Respaut, the domaine works with old vines, schist soils and biodiversity, following a minimal-intervention approach in the cellar.

The name says it all: apiculteur + vigneron.

We have three of their whites at Vino&Co:

Tangerine — citrusy, fresh & energetic.
Java — aromatic, herbal & vibrant.
Zumo — old-vine Grenache Gris & Macabeu, juicy, fresh & textured.

Three wines. One philosophy: less intervention, more expression.

En Vino&Co llenamos la tienda de vinos que nos emocionan!

Trabajamos con pequeñas bodegas, principalmente de España, que elaboran vinos con identidad y mucho carácter. Y lo que más nos gusta es encontrar el que mejor encaja contigo: con el momento, con la mesa, con la compañía y con lo que te apetece beber.

Al final, recomendar un vino es algo muy personal. Y nos encanta que así sea.

Directamente desde los Alpes Japoneses hasta el corazón de Ibiza, Hakubanishiki trae un soplo de aire puro incluso en los días más calurosos del verano.

Elaborado con las cristalinas aguas del deshielo alpino y generaciones de tradición cervecera, es exactamente lo que nos apetece en esta época del año: fresco, limpio, elegante y tremendamente refrescante.

Desde la elegancia accesible del Junmai, pasando por la delicadeza aromática del Junmai Ginjo, hasta la refinada y casi etérea expresión del Junmai Daiginjo, cada copa nos recuerda que el verdadero lujo no necesita alzar la voz.

¡NUEVA LLEGADA!

Nos hace mucha ilusión presentar una nueva incorporación a nuestra selección: Venta d’Aubert, una bodega situada en el Matarraña, Teruel, que elabora vinos con mucha personalidad y un profundo respeto por su entorno.
Su filosofía es sencilla: cuidar el viñedo, dejar que cada variedad se exprese y elaborar vinos honestos, elegantes y llenos de carácter.
Si te gusta descubrir bodegas diferentes y probar vinos con identidad, creemos que esta te va a sorprender.
