We’re beyond thrilled to introduce to the Bællevin family 💙

Calling Loire home, Stephane works more or less exclusively with a grape that’s near and dear to all of our hearts: Cabernet Franc. Far from being a one-trick pony though, Stephane twists and transforms this humble grape in all directions, teasing out its essence across a spectrum of beautiful w**es. Crisp, driving Blancs De Noirs both still and sparkling, juicy to deep reds dripping with character. All from 7 hectares of one phenomenal grape. It’s real, it’s here and we can’t wait to share these with you! 🍇

⚠️ TOMORROW ⚠️
It’s SVATOVÁCLAVSKÁ DAY!

Join us at Carlsberg Byen as we celebrate the fall harvest of hops with this year’s Vinohradský pivovar Svatovaclávská 13, the freshest of fresh-hopped Czech pilsners. 🍺

As tradition decrees, the annual harvest of Saaz hops are driven – freshly picked, unprocessed and natural – and pitched directly into the kettle within 24 hours off the vine. That b**r then cold ferments until perfection, is packaged and expediently sent out to the world. The result is the freshest, most bright and delightfully bitter pilsner; one that only comes around but once a year.

So why is a w**e shop telling you about this? Because we love it. And we hope (heck, we KNOW) you’ll love it too. ❤️

An event so nice, we’re running it twice! ✌️

The combination of bottomless Saint Cyr “French Kiss” Beaujolais and the city’s finest sandwiches by Hero Deli was so good that we simply had to bring it back. If you remember how epic last year was, then you know what’s in store. If you missed out, we forgive you, but don’t sleep on this year’s fun. 🪩🍷

Meet “French Kiss” by Domaine Saint Cyr – fresh, juicy and way too easy to drink. For 299 DKK you’ll have bottomless pours all evening. No limits, no fuss, just glass after glass of that wild Nouveau energy. 🤸

Hero Deli will once again be serving up sandwiches (sold seperately), and we’ll keep the tunes bumpin’. Santé! 🥪

Structured but round, cherries with hints of dried herbs and slight leather notes

SUR LA CRETE, COLLINE DE L’HIRONDELLE (Languedoc)
Grenache noir and Mourvedre
Medium bodied red. Elegant with bright red fruits and subtle floral tones.

QUAAAQ QUAAAQ, DUCKMAN (Bairrada)
Bical, Cerceal, Maria gomes and Sercialinho
Ultra light and easy white. Cucumber, lemon and er fresh herby finish
Unfiltered and fun

MACCHIA, DOMAINE MATHALIS (Rhône valley)
