I'm cracking some more beer today that I got with the help of Livion in Italy. Thanks, dude! I've also got some good news for all you Danes interested in trying Alder, as just picked them up for distribution in Denmark!🤘🤘🤘

The beer in question is a can of their Croma, a 6.5% DDH West Coast IPA in the Modern style, featuring Mosaic & Citra in both T90 & Cryo versions! This was really nice. Crisp & dry bitter beer, with lots of sweet citrus, grapefruit, a touch of dankness, and a nice tropical edge! Good stuff and dead on for Modern West Coast!🍊🍍🔥

Along with our very good amigos at Tripping Animals, we present to you: Animals in the Machine, a thick and fluffy hazy DIPA that highlights the use of modern hop innovations like dosing only Citra Incognito in the kettle and double-dry hopping with Citra Cryo on the cold side. One of the things we enjoy the most about our job is to visit the breweries, we work with and last weeks trip was no exception! We had the honor of visiting and partake in the 🍺 we talked beers and tasted just as many 😍🍺 An amazing trip to an amazing brewery so thank you 🍺
