Liking the cooler weather, and as long as the breeze keeps up the mosquitoes should be kept down a bit. Summer is coming and we have a new Watermelon wine. First (sample) batch is ready to bottle. I will keep you posted - I imagine it would be great as a slushie.

While we do not make Dandelion wine in our shop, it is nice to see the little yellow flowers covering the fields. They are the only sign of summer arriving that I trust. We have loads of wonderful light bodies spring and summer wines, available, and full bodied reds for those that want some good aged wine for when the nights become cooler again. These are the Fruit wines we have for Spring and Summer 2025. They are priced at $130 per 23 litre batch, exclusive of bottles or wine bags, but including labels, corks, and tops if you wish.
