These are the Fruit wines we have for Spring and Summer 2025. They are priced at $130 per 23 litre batch, exclusive of bottles or wine bags, but including labels, corks, and tops if you wish. We have all in stock, but please call ahead for availability as they tend to go quickly at this time of year. Happy Easter!

Nice to see the water is going down, albeit slowly. Until the water table is back to normal we will continue to use reverse osmosis bottled water for all our wine production until we get clear water test results for at least 2 weeks. Due to the forecasted Ice Storm this weekend, the shop will be closed to visitors (for your safety) until Monday or Tuesday. Stay safe and warm! On a plus side, water results are in and wine production is in full spring swing!

We are doing routine water testing to ensure your product is the best as it can be. This does not affect filtering or bottling, just delays the new wines being made by a few days. Cheers.

While we do have lots of Merlot (Ontario, West Coast, Chile, and France), we also have lots of other wines, available as well, 286 individual styles to be exact. Wines starting at under $5/bottle, majority of juice from Ontario, BC, and Quebec, but lots of International wines as well (sorry, not a drop of juice from the USA in any of our wines). Call or email with any questions. We are an Ontario Made facility.

Effective immediately, we will no longer be purchasing any wine kits that include juice from the United States.
Fortunately, there are not too many, and all have suitable, or superior, replacements from France, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Chile, Argentina, and of course, Canada.
All other products we carry are made in Australia, Europe, and Canada, with as much as possible from Ontario. While we are doing our best to keep prices as low as possible, small increases due to changes in the supply chain cannot really be avoided, but by eliminating the USA as a supplier we can ensure that such increases would be minimal and we will remain the most cost effective (starting at under $5/bottle) legal winemaking shop in Ontario, if not Canada as a whole. No price adjustments will be made on any existing stock (we are not Loblaws), only on new products as ordered. Stay Strong, Support Local, and we will ride out this storm.

This reminds me, I've a lot of fine cherry. oak, and ash timber that is ready for running through the CNC machine this spring. Once I've carved up and seasoned a few I'll post them on our page.

It's been 3 weeks fighting that nasty flu bug, but now feeling much better and the shop is back to regular operating hours starting Friday Jan 31st, or by appointment scheduled during off hours. (always best to call ahead 613-813-7821 just in case I'm tinkering off site).
