Here's a wine lovers twist on an Aperol Spritz! 🍷🍊

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cru Select Italy Style Sangiovese
1 oz Aperol
0.5 oz vermouth
Orange twist for garnish

DIRECTIONS
1. Stir our Select Italy Style Sangiovese, Aperol, and vermouth with ice.
2. Strain into a glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Happy Holidays RJS crew! Here's a holiday treat to enjoy with the family and keep you cozy. Introducing the Fireside Elegance cocktail! 🍷🔥🍊

INGREDIENTS
4 oz En Primeur Winery Series Australian Cabernet Sauvignon (room temperature)
1 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Maple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange Twist for Garnish

DIRECTIONS
1. In a mixing glass, combine Cabernet Sauvignon, brandy, maple syrup, and Angostura bitters
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 15-20 seconds to chill the ingredients without diluting too much
3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube
4. Express the oils from an orange twist over the cocktail by giving it a good twist over the glass, then drop it into the drink
5. Stir once more to incorporate the orange essence
