We have had too many reports to not share...

-Any product NOT containing the BC Cannabis sticker is considered open product and is ILLEGAL to transport.

-First offence is an open container in the car and confiscated. The second offence is an automatic DUI.

They are also giving out 12-hour suspensions, confiscating the cannabis and slapping nearly $1000 in fines to the offender.
