Our goal is to bring a nice variety of craft drinks to people who want to try something else besides the mainstream stuff. We like to introduce new beers and new breweries, with a focus on independent, honest, (small-scale) and very passionate producers. Be it the
traditional Lambics or Geuzes to the hoppy pales ales and IPAS, stouts, sours, and so on. We share what we like and we take great care of our products: almost all beers are refrigerated. We believe every beer has its story, and that's why we like to bring those stories to our customers, our followers, and hopefully our future friends. We go beyond the boundary of beer by introducing beautiful natural ciders, meads or other tasty goodies. From time to time, we also like to take a day off alcoholic craft drinks and go for some non-alcoholic options. That's why we choose to offer NA beers, kombucha (fermented tea), and lots of herbal or fruity sodas. Our motto can be described with these four simple words: Enjoy, Love, Taste, Share. Hop's n More is een speciaalzaak en bar voor artisanale bieren, natuurciders en niet-alcoholische dranken (bieren, kombucha, soda's). We hebben een uitgebreid aanbod van gepassioneerde producenten uit zowel België als de rest van de wereld. Via onze tapinstallatie en crowler systeem is het mogelijk om vers getapte bieren mee te nemen in blik (=crowler). Ons doel is om een mooi variërend aanbod aan ambachtelijke dranken te brengen aan mensen die iets anders willen proberen dan het reguliere aanbod. We introduceren graag nieuwe bieren en nieuwe brouwerijen, met een focus op onafhankelijke, eerlijke, (kleinschalige) en zeer gepassioneerde producenten. Of het nu de traditionele lambiek of geuzes zijn, de hoppige Pale Ales en IPA's, zware stouts, verfrissende zure, ... We geloven dat elk bier zijn verhaal heeft, en dat is wat we willen brengen aan onze klanten, onze volgers en hopelijk onze toekomstige vrienden. We stoppen niet bij bier en gaan ook mooie ciders, mede of andere lekkernijen introduceren. Van tijd tot tijd nemen we ook graag een dag vrij van alcoholgerelateerde drankjes en gaan we voor een aantal niet- alcoholische opties. Daarom kiezen we ervoor om NA-bieren, kombucha (gefermenteerde thee) en veel kruiden- of fruitige frisdranken aan te bieden. 5 YEARS HOPS MADNESS - COLLABS 🍻🔥
5 YEARS, 5 BEERS!
Throughout our 5 years of existince, not only did we make a lot of new beer friends in our ever growing loyal community, we had and still have the chance to work together with a lot of passionate brewers.

LA SOURCE - Trance n Dance
We brewed our first anniversary collab with La Source, and have been doing it ever since.
Dry hopping with Lotus hops (very new to us 😍) and good old Citra & Citra Cryo.
Think juicy, crushable, tropical hazy IPA.
The one you want to crush a can, and one more, and one more.
Big stock to survive all summer 😎.
Oh yeah, this is our crowdfunding beer, to keep supporting La Source and those small brewers out there 🙏
UNCHARTED
Ever Thom Brouwbaard turned pro, we needed a collab beer. So yes, this year there will be MORE UNCHARTED.
not one, but TWO collabs!
He just returned from Firestone Walkers Invitational fest in LA, and yes, he brewed a West Coast IPA for us.
the way they do it in LA:
think bitter, easy drinking but also with a tad of juicy character.
For the second beer, we asked for a heavy hitter. Thick, hops n more hops, juicy with a smootj mouthfeel. That DDH Double IPA of 9% will do the trick 😎.
MAN & BROUW ~ COSMIC KATE
One of the newest brewers in Leuven (and Belgium). our neighbors who love to make saisons, sours and lovely experimental brews.
We went for an easy drinking summer time beer: a dry hopped Saison, with Jade and Nelson Sauvin hops.

and last but not least. We love Arpus, our friends for over 4 years already.
We have been the official importer for Belgium since 2021, and they for sure wanted to do a bday collab.

Inderdaad. 5 jaar, een half decennium van bier en plezier in onze kleine shop in de Parijsstraat.
Ons doel is altijd simpel geweest: leuke verse bieren aan de man brengen, met onze eigen filosofie en passie. Ruwe kantjes inclusief.

What a night! Yesterday we raised our glasses to Andy — a true Hops ‘N More legend and one of the very first to support our little beer shop dream. From day one, Andy’s been part of the crew: always up for a chat, always ready to crush a juice bomb (with his bike or no bike 😉).
To mark the occasion, we teamed up with our friends at Uncharted to brew something special: a hazy, juicy DDH New Zealand IPA, Velociraptor, just the way Andy likes it. Safe to say, the keg alomost didn’t survive the night (a few drops left 😜).
Andy, thank you for your loyalty, laughs, and love for great beer. You’ll always have a home here at Hops ‘N More 🍺💛

USA RELEASE WEEK 🇺🇸🍻
Our USA/Canada release week rages on, with a massive can release of plenty of fresh hops.
10 new IPAs & DIPAs from Other Half brewing as of tomorrow ✌🍻.

Farewell drinks for our American beer buddy Andy, together with Uncharted Velociraptor NZ IPA release and plenty more hops to share

Ja, vandaag zijn we gewoon lekker open en starten we onze USA/CANADA release week, die duurt t.e.m. zondag 8 juni!
Verwacht meer dan 70+ nieuwe bieren van meer dan 20 topbrouwerijen.
We starten met een Fidena blikken release en enkele super exclusieve Pips medes by the glass 🍻✌.
FIDENS BREWING neemt ons terug naar onze East Coast trip van 2024, toen we in Albany NY deze topbrouwerij voor IPAs konden bezoeken.
Na het sampelen van hun heerlijke bieren (en trouwens ook een topkeuken) stonden we hier op de foto te glunderen met onze voorraad blikken. Fun fact 🤣😎: 5 minuten later stonden we op de parking te zoeken naar onze rental, die blijkbaar was weggesleept 😜 Lees dus altijd goed alle park signs haha.
