One sip, and you can already see the pink elephants parading! Trust me, this b**r lives up to its name. It starts off smooth, then BAM, it hits you out of nowhere. Delirium Tremens is the b**r that turns a chill evening into a legendary one. So hold on tight to your glass, because this b**r is the liquid version of a thrill ride.

Avec ses 8,5 %, cette blonde belge vous accueille avec des arômes fruités et épicés, mais une fois dedans, c’est comme monter dans un manège qui ne s’arrête jamais. The head takes its time, the grapefruit shows up, the coriander hides behind it, and then a clean little bitterness wipes the slate and asks for more. Six generations to make a b**r that never raises its voice...

🎯 My pairing: scallop carpaccio. The shellfish lifts the citrus, the bubble resets everything. Pure gastronomy.

La mousse prend son temps, le pamplemousse se pointe, la coriandre se planque derrière, puis une petite amertume nette efface tout et en redemande. Six générations pour faire une bière qui n’élève jamais la voix...

Ten Belgian tripels, one pale gold obsession — and not a single spice in any of them.

Pepper, clove, pear: it all comes from Belgian yeast pushed through a warm fermentation. Candi sugar lifts the alcohol and thins the body, which is how 9% still drinks light and dry. Westmalle set the template in 1934. Everything here answers it — St. Bernardus, Gouden Carolus, De Koninck's Tripel d'Anvers, Sint Canarus, and Triple Carpiste from Brasserie des 3 Provinces.

Belgian Tripel 🍺😋
Pepper, clove, banana — and not a single spice in the recipe.

It all comes from Belgian yeast, pushed through a warm fermentation. And the candi sugar sweetens nothing: it's fully fermentable. The yeast eats all of it, alcohol climbs, body drops. That's how you get 9% in a b**r that stays pale, sparkling and dry.

Westmalle brewed its first tripel in 1934. But the one you drink today dates from 1956, when Brother Thomas rewrote the recipe.

Aleien — a Deep Space Stout from the Pays des Collines.

Crafted at Ellezelles by Brasserie à Roulettes, this pitch-black stout uses hops from the Houblonnière du Trieu du Bois in Gozée. Founded by two former bankers, the maison places pop-culture illustrations on every label — here a nod to a sci-fi heroine.

Arakiri — Belgium's raspberry tradition, rewritten.

Brewed by Unseen Brewing Company in Assesse with 200 g/L of fresh raspberries, this sour ale echoes the Brussels fruit-b**r heritage carried for a century by lambic brewers — the same fruit dosage, a modern method. No residual sugar, nothing hidden.
