White King Protea flowers are forming in the cool rain.
These were planted as 3 inch high plants just 1 year ago and today are forming their first flowers.
You can see our building site in the background and on these terraced slopes Lee has planted over 9,000 native food and cut flower plants.

Filling bottles of Finger Lime Gin!

Everything we do is custom made and this filler is no exception. It has to fill the bottles without popping the vessicles of finger lime caviar. Nothing existed which could do it so we had to invent our own.

Create Cocktail and food magic with our Butterfly Pea Flower extract b'Lure.

Simply add a couple of dashes from the bottle to make your drinks blue and when you add the lemon or lime juice they will magically change to pink and purple.

Or get some dried flowers from the garnish section on our website and add to some rice noodle water to make blue noodles!
