🍽️ Dad’s Dodgy Kitchen: Beef Stroganoff Edition 🍷
It’s Origin Decider night tensions are high, carbs are essential.
Dad’s stepping out of his culinary lane with beef stroganoff for the first time. Was it authentic? Not quite. Was it edible? Shockingly, yes. There was only minor confusion about what exactly a “roux” is.
We’re washing it down with Centennial Vineyards Pinot Grigio from Bowral crisp, refreshing, and far more consistent than NSW’s backline.
