Old Kempton Distillery doesn’t just make whisky - they bottle Tasmania’s soul. Housed in an 1840s coaching inn, this farm-to-glass gem was founded by Bill Lark and continues to craft bold, character-rich drams that speak of time and place.

This one’s mature, confident, and full of rich oak, citrus peel, and subtle vanilla. Hellyers has been doing this longer than most, and it shows. There’s not much left of this release out there.
