Old Kempton Distillery doesn’t just make whisky - they bottle Tasmania’s soul. Housed in an 1840s coaching inn, this farm-to-glass gem was founded by Bill Lark and continues to craft bold, character-rich drams that speak of time and place.

On 5 July, we’ll be tasting six of their finest, guided by Head Distiller Rob Tyson (live via video) and paired with beautiful bites from our friends at Terrarium Perth.
